Associate Attorney – Personal Injury PlaintiffWe are seeking an experienced and driven Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney to join a prestigious law firm in Beverly Hills, CA. This opportunity allows you to work on high-profile personal injury cases and represent clients with dedication and commitment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in personal injury law, including both pre-suit and litigation experience.Key Responsibilities : Handle a caseload of personal injury claims from intake to resolution.Manage pre-suit and litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.Take depositions, attend court hearings, and represent clients in trials.Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide legal guidance throughout the case process.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure efficient case management.Provide strategic legal advice and advocate on behalf of clients to achieve optimal results.Qualifications & Skills : Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active member of the California Bar in good standing.Minimum 3 years of personal injury experience, including pre-suit and litigation.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.Experience in trial preparation and court appearances.Motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.Compensation & Benefits : Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $130,000 to $175,000.Excellent professional development opportunities and mentorship.Strong support staff and resources to assist with case management and client relations.How to Apply : If you're ready to take the next step in your personal injury career, please submit your resume for consideration.
