DEFENSE PERSONAL INJURY LITIGATION PARALEGAL
North Atlanta GA
Seeking a 5 years' Litigation Paralegal with heavy experience in Personal Injury for a reputable, mid-sized law firm in north Atlanta. Strong writing skills are required, attention to detail, and experience in high-volume case management helpful. The ideal candidate to have a positive disposition - one of the fundamental aspects of the collegial firm culture here.
Responsibilities / Duties :
- Emphasis on Personal Injury matters including auto, trucking, motorcycle, plant explosions, construction, medmal, product liability, wrongful death
- Drafting demand letters, requesting / reviewing medical records, corresponding / communication with providers and insurance carriers
- Strong organizational skillset, legal research, calendaring, scheduling, e-filing, case management from intake to resolution
Position is in-office with work-from-home opportunities available. Starting base compensation DOE $70K- $75K and full benefits suite.
