Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to auto accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims.
- Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and prepare for trial as needed.
- Handle depositions, mediations, and negotiations effectively to secure favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with the firm's legal team to ensure comprehensive and strategic case management.
- Take advantage of the opportunity to develop your own client base, with 33% client development compensation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
- Minimum of 3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
- Strong litigation skills, including depositions and trial preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to handle cases independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated success in client relationship development is a plus.
