Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active Washington bar license
- At least 2 years of experience in plaintiff litigation experience (personal injury or employment litigation preferred)
- Strong litigation skills, including drafting, negotiation, and trial preparation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A compassionate and client-focused approach to legal representation.
