Gpac is working with a company produces sliced meat for one of the largest big-box stores in America that is searching for a Plant Manager in Indiana. The company is expanding rapidly and are adding this brand-new state-of-the-art facility that is scheduled to begin production in April.
This plant operates 24 / 7 across three shifts and employs about 500 people. They are recession-proof and emerged stronger from the COVID-19 pandemic, with two facilities already running 24 / 7 and this is their third.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university
- Five-plus years of quality control experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Must have meat manufacturing experience
- HACCP Certified (preferred)
- SQF Certified (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in computer skills, analytics, equipment, and food-processing equipment
- Knowledge of quality processes related to the food-processing industry
- Familiarity with HACCP, SSOP, and SOP
- Understanding of USDA and FDA standards
- Bilingual is a plus
