The right person for this position will be able to lead a production team and oversee all the day-to-day operations as well as the P&L and budgets. Position Requirements & Responsibilities :
- 3 Years of Milling / Food Production experience; Manager or Supervisor role is highly desired
- Manage the day-to-day production, quality, safety, maintenance, grain procurement, and P&L
- Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency
- Write and implement company SOPs
- B.S. Degree in Agriculture, Milling or Food Science is preferred
- Must be able to relocate within a reasonable commute to the facility in South Dakota (Relocation Assistance)

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
