Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preconstruction process for multiple projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to define project requirements and scope.
- Develop accurate cost estimates and manage the bid process.
- Ensure timely preparation of project schedules, procurement plans, and other key documentation.
- Conduct risk analysis and provide solutions to mitigate issues before construction begins.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards during the planning phase.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with at least 6 years in a preconstruction role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and estimating software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
