Process Engineer

Currently working with a client that serves the industrial and retail market with high-quality heavy-duty plastic packaging for demanding applications that has a need for a Process Engineer to support continous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.  The Process Engineer role is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and improving production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologiesr

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field .
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial process engineering role.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and statistical tools.
• Experience with CAD software, PLCs, and manufacturing automation is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
