What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Liability Attorney position at Gpac?
Highly reputable firm is looking for a Product Liability Attorney for their office. The candidate must be motivated, reliable and able to work independently for a professional firm.
- At least 2 years of insurance defense or product liability litigation experience.
- Insurance defense experience in any area : construction defect, general liability, premises liability, professional liability, insurance coverage / bad faith, landlord / tenant defense, personal injury defense, etc. Some commercial litigation experience is a plus
- Have courtroom and deposition experience; trial experience is a plus but not required.
- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
- Work closely with senior attorneys and partners.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be eager to hit the ground running with hearings, depositions, board hearings, and trials.
