Position Requirements & Responsibilities
- 3 Years of Milling/Food Production experience; leadership role is highly desired
- Oversee the day-to-day production, quality, safety, maintenance, grain procurement, and P&L
- Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency
- Write and implement company SOPs
- B.S. Degree in Agriculture, Milling or Food Science is preferred
- Must be able to relocate within a reasonable commute to the facility in Kentucky (Relocation Assistance!)
- Base Salary between $75,000-$85,000
