Your Mission :
- Implement programs, policies, and procedures to achieve total customer satisfaction , both internally and externally.
- Lead and inspire your team to excel in safety, quality, and productivity .
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to build a high-performing workforce.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Plant Manager and CI Manager.
- Support key objectives like cost reduction, waste minimization, and material yield optimization.
- Assist in the interviewing and development of new hires, serving as a mentor to guide them to success.
What You Bring :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years in a similar role).
- Proven leadership and team-building skills .
- A passion for motivating and developing others.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques .
- Enthusiasm for creating a positive, collaborative work environment.
