Production Manager – Food Manufacturing
Location : Western Kentucky - Relocation Assistance Avaliable
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee manufacturing operations in a fast-paced food production environment . This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while motivating a team to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise production employees , ensuring daily goals are met.
- Monitor throughput, yield, and production metrics to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, HACCP, GMP, and food quality standards .
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Shipping to ensure smooth operations.
- Schedule shifts, track attendance, and manage time-off requests.
- Maintain inventory records and oversee production area cleanliness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
