Land Surveyor Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flexible, hybrid work schedule and be responsible for translating projects between the office and the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing property legal documents
- Directing all duties of field survey members assigned to them while performing field activities such as construction staking, boundary, ALTA, topographic, etc.
- Performing survey calculations for property boundaries
- Maintaining knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D is preferred
The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience in land surveying and preferably experience with transportation-related property and plat work. They will also have a well-developed understanding of the surveying process from start to finish.
Working Conditions:
