Preferred Qualifications
- Public construction experience and familiarity with billing cycles (GMP, Cost Plus, or Lump Sum) is a plus.
- Customer/project account approval and creation
- Monthly billing cycles, including invoice and pay application creation
- Invoice follow-ups and ongoing credit analysis
- Contract review for owner execution
- Insurance compliance based on client requirements
- Tracking change orders and project retention
- Positive attitude and strong character
- Minimum of 4 years of construction accounting experience (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Consistent organizational habits
- High proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of business and personal data
