As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading due diligence site investigations, zoning ordinance reviews, and utility research. You will also assist junior engineers with designs, prepare E&S design, permitting, calculations, and BMPs, and review and coordinate utility systems and stormwater management design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead due diligence site investigations, zoning ordinance reviews & utility research
- Final grading design with Civil 3D and earthwork analysis
- Assist junior engineers with designs
- Preparation of E&S design, permitting, calculations, and BMPs
- Review & coordination of utility systems and stormwater management design
- Verification of site work construction cost estimates
- Coordination & written correspondence with clients, counsel, jurisdictions, utilities and contractors
- Attendance to and making public plan presentations and client management
Requirements:
- Professional Engineer License required
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in land development/site design and permitting
- Experience with residential subdivisions, commercial, manufacturing/industrial and/or office developments
- Understand and implement jurisdictional requirements and PA municipal planning process
- Knowledge of stormwater management design regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D as well as proficiency in Hydraflow and/or HydraCAD
- Self-starter who can work independently and with team members
- Excellent written, communication and organization skills
- Business Development/Marketing experience is always a plus
