Key Responsibilities
- Oversee dispatching crews and managing jobs from start to finish.
- Order materials and coordinate with General Contractors.
- Lead field operations in all weather conditions (hot or cold).
- At least 2 year of experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager in commercial roofing.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
- Degree preferred but not required.
- No software experience needed-training provided on the new system.
- Healthcare benefits.
- Profit Sharing (eligible after 1 year).
