- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Manage construction and purchasing teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Supervise trades, subcontractors, and employees.
- Utilize extensive product knowledge for material selection.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and perform quality control inspections.
- Collaborate with clients to meet their expectations.
