The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- 5 years of purchasing management experience
- Background in food manufacturing
- Business Administration/Finance or related field degree
- Analytical skills
- Computer skills
- Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support sourcing and purchasing requirements of high-quality ingredients and supplies for company
- Strategic planning
- Develop budget
- Communicate with all vendors
- Research and evaluate products to ensure quality, R&D, and international requirements
- Develop knowledge of commodity and what influences supply and cost
- All documentation for vendors, payments, deliveries, etc. up to date
- Determine market trends and make suggestions
- Search for reliable suppliers
- Manage 3 others in purchasing department
- $120k-$150k
