Quality Control Technician
Gpac is partnered with a global leader in agricultural processing operations. As a Quality Control Technician, you'll ensure product quality and safety by inspecting production stages, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Verify that drawings, layouts, and quotes align accurately.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods using various tools to detect defects.
- Develop and execute tests to measure product parameters.
- Record test results and analyze data for quality trends.
- Prepare inspection reports detailing findings, non-conforming products, and corrective actions.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor production processes for potential quality issues and recommend improvements.
- Maintain quality control checklists and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
