What You'll Do
- Utilize advanced metrology techniques, including CMM programming, laser scanning, and material analysis in a high-performance ISO:9001 environment.
- Operate and program Zeiss CMM with Calypso software and Faro Arm with Geomagic, Control X, and SolidWorks to ensure precise measurements.
- Inspect parts, fixtures, and products to guarantee compliance with specifications.
- Generate FAI reports, ballooned drawings, SCAR, and PPAP documentation while assisting with presentations and process improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create accurate project estimates and strategic plans.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis and contribute to process enhancements.
- Expertise in GD&T/Y14.5M standards with a strong technical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Calypso, Geomagic, SolidWorks, and MS Office.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills-both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Eligibility to work within ITAR & CUI guidelines, passing all necessary background checks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Comfortable wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for lab and manufacturing environments.
- Work within metrology labs, additive manufacturing facilities, and machine shop settings for hands-on quality assurance.
- Associate degree or 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing quality control role.
- Certifications in Quality, CMM, or Laser Scanning are a plus!
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred for process optimization.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
