Quality Inspector – Metal Fabrication
Hiring a Quality Inspector to ensure precision and compliance in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment. 3-6 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably with a background as a CNC Machinist before transitioning into quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform inspections using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and a full range of gauges, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Interpret blueprints and GD&T to verify part accuracy.
- Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
- Document and report non-conformances and work closely with production teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry and customer specifications.
