Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily and seasonal care for cattle, including feeding and processing
- Assist with fencing, pasture upkeep, and equipment maintenance
- Support crop-related tasks such as planting and harvesting
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Minimum of 5 years of livestock experience (farming experience is a plus)
- Proficient with operating machinery: tractors, loaders, four-wheelers, skid steers, semis, and trailers
- Must be comfortable with minimal horseback work
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Flexible schedule with availability to work 60 hours per week, including every other weekend
