What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Associate Attorney position at Gpac?
Position : Real Estate Associate Attorney
Location : San Antonio, TX. In office role.
I am working with a fantastic award winning multi practice law firm that is searching for a Real Estate Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will be a recent law school grad within the last three years. This role will have the Associate Attorney working directly with the Partner Attorney one on one on a docket of real estate law cases. Prior real estate law experience preferred, but not required.
Requirement & Qualifications of the Real Estate Attorneys :
- Organize and prioritize tasks.
- Great law school grades.
- Advise clients on a wide range of issues, including deb collection, enforcement of restrictive coveneants, bankruptcy, probate, and drafting and interpretation of corporate governing documents.
- Active role in litigation - drafting, propounding and responding to discovery, settlement negotiations, depositions, pre-trial hearings etc.
