Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct extensive candidate searches across online platforms, databases, and networks.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications to match with specific job openings.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts for candidate sourcing.
- Perform candidate screenings and interviews for role suitability.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process for a positive experience.
- Skillfully negotiate job offers for mutual benefit.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment practices.
Qualifications :
- Proven success in roles like a search consultant or recruitment specialist.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques through various platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess and match candidate qualifications to job opportunities.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
