Job Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the bank branch operations and driving new profitable business. This includes:
- Managing the bank branch staff and promoting a positive work environment
- Maintaining an ongoing business development program to attract new customers
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve branch performance
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field and at least 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager.
