- Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders
- Drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Manage import and export processes
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations
- 7 years of import and export experience
- 10 years of sales experience in logistics
- Proven relationships with freight forwarders
- Strong understanding of trade and compliance regulations
- Freight forwarding experience is a must
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
