Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential roofing projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations
- Supervise and coordinate teams of roofers, subcontractors, and other personnel
- Communicate effectively with property owners, crews, and other stakeholders
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide project execution
- Provide training and support to employees and subcontractors as needed
- Maintain an organized workflow and oversee day-to-day operations of the production process
- 3 years of experience in residential roofing, with a focus on supervisory or management roles
- Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with various teams and clients
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, take-offs, and other technical documents
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management and development
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
