Job Description

Gpac is assisting a leading transportation company in their search for a skilled and results-oriented Sales Executive with expertise in ocean freight and less-than-container load (LCL) services. This organization specializes in providing customized, efficient, and reliable logistics solutions to clients globally and is looking for a driven professional to help them continue their growth.

Position Overview :

The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and offering tailored logistics solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced logistics sales professional passionate about ocean freight and LCL services.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the ocean freight and LCL markets.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable partnerships.

Requirements :

  • Proven sales experience within the logistics or transportation industry, with a strong focus on ocean freight and LCL services.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of global shipping and logistics practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
