Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively seek out potential clients in industrial, commercial, and public sectors to expand the customer base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with businesses and government agencies, ensuring their safety and industrial product needs are met.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrate product benefits, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals by effectively selling personal protective equipment (PPE), safety gear, industrial supplies, and related products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Sales of existing products to potential clients and also pitching company capabilities to potential company clients to bring in new work is the main goal of this position.
- 2 years in B2B or public sector sales is a plus but not required.
- Experience in industrial products, PPE, or safety equipment sales is a plus.
- Sales experience with a proven track record in other industries will be considered
- Education: Minimum - high school diploma.
- Skills & Abilities: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions. o Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
