We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated School-Based Counselor to join our team.
Position Overview :
As a School-Based Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health of our students. This position includes weekly supervision for those who are not yet licensed, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Pay : Competitive salary, paid bimonthly.
- Bonus : One-time $500 bonus upon anniversary.
- Supervision : Weekly clinical supervision available for unlicensed counselors.

Minimum Background Requirements :
The ideal candidate will possess one of the following : LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
Responsibilities :
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral issues.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to create a supportive school environment.
- Develop and implement programs that promote mental health awareness and resilience among students.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and progress.
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to the overall development of the school’s counseling program.
