gpac is currently working with a well-known food manufacturer that has been providing fresh locally processed, high-quality products for 30 years. They are actively searching for a Production Supervisor to add to their leadership team at their facility in the Greater La Crosse area.
They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, responsible for manufacturing, efficiency, inventory, safety, maintenance for the department and shift. Assessing needs and helping to achieve company and facility goals in collaboration with other department supervisors and management.
They have an excellent group of employees that are highly trained and now they are looking for a true leader, Must have dairy experience!

Responsibilities Include
- Manage and coach the team to success, insure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift.
- Collaborate with other night shift departments.
- Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator
- Ensure safety of all employees
- Trouble shoot and work with Maintenance team.
- Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution
- 3 years of experience in management within a dairy or pasteurization facility
- Need to be highly motivated, have great communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity working with data management programs.
- Strong understanding of GMP's and Food Safety
