Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5 years of experience in residential construction or project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Some experience with estimating
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with Marks System
- Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction standards.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
