Position Overview : We are looking for a seasoned Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager with a strong background in middle-market accounts. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience , an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license , and a deep understanding of commercial insurance coverages, risk assessment, and client management. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage complex accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and provide strategic insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and service a portfolio of middle-market commercial clients, ensuring their insurance programs align with their business needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance on coverage options, risk management strategies, and policy renewals.
- Work closely with underwriters, carriers, and internal teams to negotiate terms, endorsements, and pricing.
- Oversee policy reviews, endorsements, audits, and claims management to ensure seamless client experience.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness.
