Job Overview :
As a Senior Drywall Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate cost assessments and project proposals for various drywall-related projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal stud framing, drywall systems, and associated materials.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed estimates for projects involving metal stud framing and drywall systems, both interior and exterior.
- Assess costs for lath and plaster applications, scaffolding, waterproofing, and acoustical ceilings.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to develop comprehensive project budgets.
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Review and adjust estimates as necessary based on project changes or client requirements.
What You Need for this Position :
- Bachelors in Construction Management (preferred)
- 5 years drywall estimating experience
