As a Civil Estimator, you’ll play a crucial role in planning and estimating costs for a variety of civil construction projects, ensuring precision and efficiency from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for excavation, site development, and utility work.Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine labor, material, and time estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to develop accurate and competitive bids.Source and evaluate pricing from vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, materials, and construction techniques.Review and adjust estimates as project scopes evolve.
- Ensure estimates comply with company standards and client expectations.
