A highly-respected General Contractor in the area with a backlog of projects is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their growing team. This position also has great opportunity for quick advancement! This commercial construction company is looking for an S enior Estimator with excellent people skills and proven work history with commercial construction projects. Being a team player as well as being able to work autonomously is a must!
This company has been in business for over 25 years, is family operated and have some diverse projects!
Senior Estimator Responsibilities :
- Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs
- Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
- Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
- Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
- Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously
