Responsibilities
- Manage and litigate cases from start to finish
- Draft legal documents and represent clients in court
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Assist in settlement negotiations and case resolutions
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 5-8 years of litigation experience
- DC Bar license and Virginia or Maryland
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Spanish is a bonus
- Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 (based on experience)
