I am seeking a Senior Project Manager - Road Design to lead high-impact transportation projects in Indianapolis, IN while mentoring a team of engineers and managing key client relationships. - Oversee roadway and hydraulic design projects from concept through completion.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, proposals, and schedules.
- Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Engineers, and Technicians.
- Manage client relations as the primary point of contact for local, state, and federal projects.
- Ensure designs uphold AASHTO, INDOT, and DOT standards.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, GeoPAK, InRoads, GuideSIGN, and AutoTURN for road design modeling.
- 25 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in road design.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana or able to Obtain in the State.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Required)
- Strong background in Design-Build and P3 projects (Required).
- Department of Transportation project experience (Preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, GeoPAK, and InRoads.
- Excellent team leadership, client management, and risk assessment skills.
