The ideal candidate will have a Reconstruction and Restoration background. Must have experience writing Xactimate estimates.

- Solid restoration knowledge and reconstruction experience
- Experience writing estimates using Xactimate software
- Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional customer communication and service skills
- Ability to sell and present contracts to the client and close deals
- Knowledge of the property/insurance industry
