Senior Fire Sprinkler Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES for Senior Fire Sprinkler Designer : Design various types of fire sprinkler systems for both new construction and existing remodelsPlan and coordinate utilizing fire sprinkler design softwareEstablish new and ongoing professional relationships to meet client expectationsEvaluate contract documents and coordinate with contractors / owners to obtain all required information to complete project designsCorrespond with other departments to ensure proper documentation processOversee planning and scheduling of projectsMonitor and lead projects to comply with safety and quality standardsRecognize and delegate changes in projects that impact schedule, cost, and laborPrepare and oversee project billings with accuracyRegularly monitor progress of project(s) and review reports to ensure complianceEnsure work is compliant with all Federal, State, and Local codes and permitsQUALIFICATIONS for Senior Fire Sprinkler Designer :
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to determine construction feasibility and systems possibilitiesExperience in fire sprinkler design software (SprinkCAD is a plus)NICET Certification (Level 3 & 4 preferred)Ability to plan accordinglyAbility to work independently or as a teamPossess great communication and people skillsPhone, Email, and Computer-friendly for basic communicationMicrosoft Office proficiencyCore values of high standards and integrityCOMPENSATION / BENEFITS for Senior Fire Sprinkler Designer :
