We are looking for a detail oriented and experienced Truss Designer to join our well-established team as the Senior Truss Designer! The Senior Truss Designer will be responsible for creating complete and accurate Truss Placement Plans and Truss Design Drawings for custom commercial and residential building projects. As the Senior Truss Designer, you will also lead the other Truss Designers, as well as, communicate and discuss changes or design issues with architects, engineers, and clients in the construction industry.

- Experienced: Possesses 10 years of truss design expertise with a strong grasp of building codes, standards, and regulations applicable to residential, agricultural, and commercial construction.
- Leadership: Previous team leadership is a great bonus.
- Educational Requirement: A high school diploma is mandatory.
- Customer-Focused: Excels in delivering outstanding customer service while collaborating efficiently with internal teams to achieve project objectives.
- Detail-Oriented: Demonstrates extreme accuracy in truss design, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with specifications.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using design software and tools essential for truss engineering. Alpine or MiTek experience is preferred.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of identifying and resolving design challenges effectively.

- Develop precise roof and floor truss quotes and production-ready designs to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
