Service Manager Overview :
Dynamic leader needed to oversee repair shop and warehouse operations as Service Manager, ensuring efficiency and teamwork. Manage staff, coordinate schedules, and maintain inventory accuracy. Strong organizational and communication skills required as Service Manager.
Service Manager Responsibilities :
- Oversee the workflow from warehouse receipt, shop repair, and ship out to customer
- Supervise repair shop and warehouse teams.
- Coordinate daily activities for production and shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain safety procedures.
- Train and mentor employees, perform quality checks.
- Communicate to office staff to maintain efficiency and help manage lead times with vendors and stay on schedule.
