Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coaching the production team, ensuring manufacturing efficiency and productivity, and maintaining a safe work environment. You will also need to collaborate with other departments, communicate effectively with the management team, and enforce all policies and procedures.

- Collaborating with other department supervisors and management
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of experience in team leadership within the dairy industry or a pasteurization facility. You will also need to have a strong understanding of GMPs and Food Safety, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
