Job Description : Contents Field Supervisor – Restoration Projects Location : Wilmington, DE Compensation : $50,000–$70,000 annually (First-year target : $60,000) About Us : We are a growing restoration company specializing in water, fire, and mold remediation, as well as demolition. Position Overview : We seek a Contents Field Supervisor to manage mitigation projects, including fire and contents restoration. This role splits time evenly between office and fieldwork, with on-call duties one week per month. The ideal candidate has hands-on contents restoration experience and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities : Oversee fire, water, and contents restoration projects. Lead teams to ensure high-quality project execution. Manage contents restoration processes and serve as the primary field contact. Rotate on-call duties and handle occasional after-hours emergencies. Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and client communication. Qualifications : 3 years of mitigation / restoration experience, with expertise in contents restoration. Proven leadership and project management skills. IICRC certifications preferred but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Why Join Us?
