Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on EIA instrumentation.
- Provide remote and onsite troubleshooting support for clients and team members.
- Lead equipment installations and assess laboratory space for instrumentation needs.
- Coordinate vendor services and ensure timely project completion.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting client satisfaction.
- Manage administrative tasks such as expense reporting, parts ordering, and travel arrangements.
- Education: Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in industrial/clinical laboratory environments, including automated chemistry service and maintenance. Experience with Beckman Coulter equipment preferred.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
