Qualifications
- The Lead Superintendent must have a minimum of 10 years of field experience on LARGE construction projects ranging from $50M to $300M in size.
- Must have a proven work history on mentioned project type
- College Degree with a BS in Construction Management or similar degree program is a plus
- Proficiency with safety procedures
- Extensive managerial and people skills
- Materials procurement
- Supervision of self-performed work
