What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing the construction of multiple commercial projects.
- Making sure the on-site work is on track with schedules and budgets.
- Being the go-to communicator for the Project Manager and Owner.
- Leading and motivating subcontractor teams to deliver quality work.
- 5 years of experience in construction supervision.
- A strong local network of subcontractors (bonus points if you know everyone!).
- A true leader with top-notch organizational skills.
- Work on diverse, exciting projects that will keep you on your toes.
