Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction of multiple commercial projects
- Schedule and manage on-site work to ensure timelines and budgets are met
- Maintain strong communication with the Project Manager and Owner
- Manage subcontractor lists and ensure quality and efficiency
- 5 years of experience in construction supervision
- Strong network with local subcontractors (a plus)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
