We are currently working with a manufacturer of household goods in Berkeley County, West Virginia seeking a skilled Supervising Electrician with expertise in PLC and Robotics. This role also involves supervising a maintenance crew of 8 people, both electrical and mechanical.
Key Responsibilities
Salary is $85-90k DOE.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including PLCs and robotic equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a maintenance crew of 8 people.
- Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff.
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience with PLCs and robotic systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance practices.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
