- Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements for a diverse client portfolio.
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements, delivering exceptional work quality.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive communication and service.
- Experience: 3-4 years of tax preparation experience.
- Certification: CPA license required.
